世界萬千，轉眼瞬息；片刻如是一段段歷程的縮影，生死宛若一層層知覺的拆解。
本次展覽【此時】匯集了多件入選自「2015 MOCA Video當代影像聚場」徵件展之作品，藝術家分別以各自的視角去切入關乎生命經驗中的各式樣態，透過不同主觀主體間的置換與仿擬：以水、以植物、以自我，試圖去詮釋各類客體間於消長過程中的片刻，藉此闡述藝術家的所思與感悟，並延伸涉及了在主體經驗中「此時」的相對貴重。
In a blink of an eye, the world has changed in multifold manifestations. A moment is like epitomes of different journeys while life and death are re-conceptualized through our perception. The exhibition, The Moment, is a selection of video works from the open call of 2015 MOCA Video. These artists have respectively observed different aspects in life through individual perspectives. By replacing and simulating different subjects, the artists interpret the moment of various objects' growth and decline through water, plant, and the self. By doing so, they also express their feelings and reflections while referring to the relative importance of "the moment" in one's subjective experience.
四位藝術家分別帶來五件錄像作品，林佳鴻的〈水的路線〉、〈水與玫瑰的旅程〉以元素「水」為角度，透過水的變化與其流動過程，喻及藝術家自我的態度與體認；蘇粲淵與梁若茜的〈生之迴〉試圖模擬並縮時生命中的觀看路程，以此暗指人類面對生死時的矛盾及反覆；張菀玲作品〈涼涼〉則以人為主觀視角，描繪一段關於日常閑散經驗中的未知片刻；最後一件作品則是來自莊志維的〈轉生樹〉，藝術家藉由作品的影像化呈現，再度闡述關於自然萬物的生長及輪迴。
Four artists present five video works in the exhibition. The Path of Water and The Journey of Water within Roses by Jerome Chia-Horng Lin represent the element of water and examine its alternation and flowing movement to symbolize the artist's attitude of the self and realization. Cycle by Su Tsan-Yuan and Neoh Ruo-Qian simulates a journey in life through epitomizing observation, revealing the contradictory and ambiguous feelings when human beings are faced with life and death. Liang Liang by Chang Wan-Ling depicts an unknown moment of an everyday leisure experience from a personal, subjective perspective. Reborn Tree by Chuang Chih-Wei is a video representation that speaks about the growth and cycle of everything in nature.
